At LBC, community means a lot.
Profits we make will go to local and international initiatives, be it planting trees around the world through One Tree Planted where £1 will be donated from each booking made with us, supporting RuRi Foundation, a non-profit started by LBC Director, Simi Godagama in 2016 to empower school children with Protective Behaviours and offering free talks to educate our communities on a variety of health and wellbeing related topics…and more.
The LBC team consists of a synergy of passionate people who have serendipitously come together with the mindset that each and everyone of us has a story from which we extract power to do good.
Ask us anything, we are here to hear you…or pop in for a session with our practitioners and discover for yourself.

Clinical Triaging and Treatment Planning at LBC
Whilst it is great if you know exactly what treatment works for you and you can go ahead and book away at your hearts content, we also know some collective symptoms and syndromes may require a combination of therapies and specific attention to detail to achieve the best results that save your time and finances. What may take longer and be more expensive in the long run to treat with just one therapy may respond better with a duo or tri-approach.
For example, here’s a few scenarios….
It is well established that arthritis responds very well to a combination of Osteopathy and Acupuncture for improving pain and mobility. What if you were to add yoga intervention?
Or
You’re seeing our acupuncturist for restless leg, would a session or two of sound therapy help?
You’re seeing our osteopath for your back but let’s look at the front and have our Ayurvedic doctor look at your gut and how it’s being impacted by the back. A holistic approach.
Whether you’re having a total overhaul or just easing into a few treatments at a time, should we look at resolving some repeating patterns of thought that are at the root of your digestive issues and your mental health which governs ALL functions in the first place? Keeping good mental health is key.
“How do I go about this? I don’t want to be overwhelmed!”
Book a free, no obligation Discovery Call with Simi Godagama
So having read the above- this is where a call with Simi Godagama, our founder, may shed some light on how combinations of medical treatments at LBC may help. She knows her practitioners well and who would be best suited to treat your condition. Furthermore, at LBC, our staff meetings are about you- by consent, we will discuss specific cases the clinic is treating and assemble as a collective to devise the most suitable treatment plan for your health and wellbeing.
Your condition may require you to have regular allopathic medical interventions which we work alongside to optimise results for you. Our practitioners will regularly update your GP, dentist and are happy to work together with our patient-centred approach.
During a discovery session, your budget will be discussed and a treatment plan devised to make the most of your investment in your health.
Get in touch with us at The Little Buckingham Clinic and engage in something now that re-designs your future.
