What is the treatment?
Sound Therapy has been around for thousands of years, and is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience which involves the use various sound healing instruments being playing in a therapeutic way, which then immerses you in sound and vibrations.
What the session involves:
They would start with a brief consultation before commencement of the actual Sound Therapy. It’s recommended that you wear warm comfortable clothing (including socks) that you can relax in, as you lay in a comfortable position either on a mat or a therapy couch with provided supporting pillows and blankets.

Sound Therapy gives you a much needed “you time”, helping relieve stress and anxiety, or just simply a moment of inner peace. When attended on a regular basis Sound Therapy can also help with;

Where are the sessions held?
1:1 and couple sessions are held at the clinic, large group sessions are held at the Community Centre.
Are the sessions available for under 18’s?
The sessions at The Little Buckingham Clinic are for over 18’s only.
How many people can attend these sessions?
The sessions can be 1-2-1 or for two people.
I am pregnant, can I have Sound Therapy?
Sound Therapy is not suitable if you are in your first or last three months of pregnancy.
Are there any other medical reasons Sound Therapy may not be suitable.
Sound Therapy is not recommended if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labyrinthitis or Meniere’s Disease, have recently had surgery or any other medical procedure.
