I’m a Sports Therapy graduate with a real passion for helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve their performance. Throughout my degree, I’ve gained hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients in both clinical and sporting environments, developing skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation, sports massage, and pitchside care.
I’ve had the opportunity to work within a National League football environment, where I supported players with injury management, rehabilitation, and matchday medical cover. These experiences have strengthened my clinical skills and reinforced my passion for working in sport while helping individuals of all abilities reach their goals.
Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and understand the physical and mental challenges that come with training and competing. Having experienced injuries myself, I appreciate the importance of effective rehabilitation and a personalised approach to treatment.
My aim is to provide evidence-based care that helps people move with confidence, recover efficiently, and get back to doing what they enjoy—whether that’s playing sport, training for an event, or simply living pain-free.
